Come, yet again come.

*Hymn: I Can See Clearly Now (J. Nash)
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way.
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) Sun-Shiny day.

I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared.
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin' for
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) Sun-Shiny day.

Look all around, there's nothin' but blue skies.
Look straight ahead, nothin' but blue skies.
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way,
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright) Sun-Shiny day.

Extinguishing the Chalice Flame: (in unison) We extinguish this flame, but not the light of truth, the warmth of community, or the fire of commitment. These we carry in our hearts until we are together again.

Polly Morgan, one of our beloved long-time members, passed away late last Saturday night after a long battle with cancer.
Polly moved from Minnesota to Jupiter, FL in 1973, and lived in the Waterford retirement community in Juno Beach from 2011 on. She loved her family, her friends, the residents and the staff at the Waterford, and the members of the First Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Palm Beaches.
She was curious, kind and thoughtful, and she lived life to the fullest. Polly is survived by three children, two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many friends.
Donations in honor of Polly's life may be made to the Loggerhead Marine Life Center in Juno Beach by calling 561-627-8280, or online at www.marinelife.org.

Moment of Silence & Candle Lighting - A Thanksgiving Meditation (Naomi King)
Every day we experience hunger and yearning:
for food, for approval, for respect, for love,
for meaningful work, for any and enough work,
for home, for family, for friends,
for health, for healing, for hope,
for the departed, for the newly arrived,
for the green trees, for the cool clean waters,
for shade in the heat of the day, and for stars to light the velvet night.
Every day we are invited anew to be thankful:
for food, for approval, for respect, for love,
for meaningful work, for any and enough work,
for home, for family, for friends,
for health, for healing, for hope,
for the departed, for the newly arrived,
for the green trees, for the cool clean waters,
for shade in the heat of the day, and for stars to light the velvet night.
Our hearts beating in liberating flight, we soar in gratitude for all the gifts we have in this day, in this lifetime of being, and turn again to share this bounty with all that is.

Religious Education Class: Children Pre-K through 4th Grade are invited!
(In unison) Go now in peace, go now in peace; may the spirit of love surround you everywhere, everywhere you may go.

All: We need a time of sabbath rest.

All: We need a time of sabbath rest.

Minister: Because we think more clearly, love more freely, and share more joyfully when we are well rested.
All: We need a time of sabbath rest.
